We want to provide relief to families enduring long hospital stays with care packages that include snacks, personal care and comfort items as well as activities to keep busy.

Comfort Packages for Bereaved Families


Our hope for these families is to leave the hospital with some sense of comfort, knowing they are not alone in their journey ahead.

"Zombie Run"!

Halloween-Themed "Fun Run/Walk" Fundraising Event

Details:

Saturday, October 11th, 2025, 10:00am (arrive by 9:30am).

Root River Parkway, Picnic Area #2, just east of Whitnall Park.

The route(s) will follow Oak Leaf Trail to the Rock Sports Complex (5k) and/or Whitnall Beer Garden (1 mile)!

We're back for our 2nd year of this awesome event! Wear your spooky zombie costume, or dress as your favorite Halloween character in honor of Corbin's love for all things Halloween!

REGISTRATION BELOW!

Includes: choice of shirt or knit hat, lunch/refreshments after the run/walk, chances to win raffles, good family fun, fresh air and exercise!

Bounce house, raffles, pumpkin auction and decorating, other kids activities!

PRIZES for top runners, and "Best Costumes"!

4-Person Scramble Event, Shotgun Start, Register as FOURSOMES or as INDIVIDUALS and you'll be paired with others! "DINNER ONLY" option, SPONSORSHIPS, RAFFLE DONATIONS and VOLUNTEERING opportunities available as well.

Registration includes: 18 holes of golf and cart, practice range and putting green usage, "putting contest", two drink tickets, "swag bag" of goodies, lunch upon arrival, dinner buffet/banquet after golf, hole prizes, raffle prizes, games, photo opps and more!

Founded in September 2023, the Corbin Cares Foundation emerged from the heartbreaking loss of our beloved son, Corbin, on May 7, 2023. Our purpose is to extend a helping hand to families who have endured the unimaginable grief of losing a child or have triumphed over immense challenges. Additionally, we aim to make a positive impact on our local community through various initiatives.

One of Corbin’s favorite things to do was throw rocks into the lake across the street from our home. He was so excited when we found the biggest rocks! We have so many wonderful memories at the lake and continue to visit often.
